Every order placed through our store begins a journey.
Because many of our pieces are sourced through trusted global fulfillment partners and independent suppliers, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, destination, seasonal demand, and carrier conditions.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times may range between 7–21 business days, though some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on location and international transit conditions.
Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Once a package is placed into the hands of the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit timing shifts to the carrier itself. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, courier interruptions, lost parcels marked as delivered, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment can occur.
Because many items are made, prepared, or fulfilled specifically upon order, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once processing begins.
